The use of the site wondermx.com and the submission of the contact form imply your consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this notice.
START WORKS MARKETING S.A. DE C.V., operating under the brand Wonder Mx , is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. We are dedicated to designing and coordinating tourism experiences in Mexico: tailor-made itineraries, restaurant and activity reservations, transportation, tours with VIP access, and real-time support during your trip. The following describes precisely what we do with the information you share with us, from the moment we receive it until the moment it is no longer with us.
Your information reaches Wonder Mx only when you decide to share it, and only through two channels. The first is the contact form on the site, where you may provide your name, email address, phone number or WhatsApp, the reason for your inquiry, estimated travel dates, number of people, and any additional details you consider relevant to design your experience. The second is the payment process, which operates through an encrypted gateway; in this process Wonder Mx does not store or have access to your full banking card details, as this is handled entirely within the certified processor’s environment. Wonder Mx does not collect sensitive data at any point during the contact process or service delivery.
Wonder Mx implements administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use. Access to the information is restricted to authorized personnel who require it to fulfill the purposes described in this notice.
Each piece of data we receive serves a specific purpose within your trip. We use it to design your itinerary based on what you described, to manage reservations with the providers involved in your experience (restaurants, tour operators, transportation services, activities), to maintain communication with you during your trip through your assigned concierge, and to issue the corresponding tax receipts. We do not use your data to send third-party advertising nor do we share it with companies that do not have a direct role in delivering your experience. If at any point we wish to contact you again regarding a previous inquiry that did not result in a reservation, we will inform you beforehand; simply let us know if you do not want us to do so and we will stop.
There are times when your information reaches other parties, always with a specific operational purpose. The local providers that Wonder Mx coordinates on your behalf (restaurants, guides, operators) receive only the minimum necessary to execute the reservation: name, number of people, date, and relevant preferences such as allergies or accessibility requirements. Payment processors operate under certified security standards. Tax, judicial, or regulatory authorities may access information as required by law, under the terms established by such obligation. No transfer is made for commercial purposes.
The site wondermx.com uses cookies and tracking technologies for the technical functioning of the site, shopping cart processing, and navigation analysis. By using the site, you consent to the use of necessary cookies. For analytical or marketing cookies, Wonder Mx will request your express consent when applicable. You may configure your browser to reject cookies, although this may affect some site functionalities.
Your data has a defined lifespan. Contact form data that does not result in a reservation is deleted or dissociated within a maximum of six months from the last interaction. Billing and payment data is retained for five years in accordance with the Federal Tax Code. Once each period expires, the information is blocked and permanently destroyed.
The LFPDPPP grants you four rights that you may exercise at any time without needing to justify: Access, to know what information we have about you and how we use it; Rectification, to correct incomplete or outdated data; Cancellation, to request deletion from our records; and Objection, to request that we stop using your data for a specific purpose. To exercise any of these rights, please write to us at contacto@wondermx.com with your full name, a description of the right you wish to exercise, and a copy of an official ID. We will respond within a maximum of twenty business days from receipt of your request. If you believe your request has not been properly addressed, you may contact the INAI at www.inai.org.mx.
You may also revoke at any time the consent you have granted for the processing of your personal data, without retroactive effects, by writing to us at contacto@wondermx.com.
If we update this notice, we will publish the new version on wondermx.com with the effective date. Changes do not affect experiences already booked and paid under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
